Dr Ben Gibson

I am a Lecturer in Applied Psychology and a . I have expertise in long-term physical health conditions and intervention development/evaluation.

My research is primarily focused on the utilisation of positive or otherwise novel psychological approaches to supporting people's health and development. I am interested not only in clinical outcomes but subjective evaluations of wellbeing and I try to do work that helps us better understand the impact that individual differences, inequalities, and psychosocial factors may have on people's chances of achieving their goals.
